FREELANCE IT · SZCZECIN AND REMOTE
Helpdesk, servers, Microsoft 365 and security handled by one person who knows your whole environment. No call centre, no first line, no handing your ticket onwards to somebody else.
I do not offer everything. I offer the areas I work in daily and take responsibility for.
Helpdesk, care for workstations, network and servers, monitoring and documentation that keeps knowledge inside the company.
See details↗[365]Deployments and migrations, Exchange administration, order in accounts, licences and permissions, plus secure sign-in.

Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V and Proxmox — from deployment through daily operation to expanding the environment.
Designing DLP policies, running endpoint protection, log analysis and keeping configuration compliant.
Tenant administration, Exchange, mail servers, accounts and licences. Migrations that keep message history intact.
Zabbix, a map of critical services, alerts somebody actually acts on, plus environment documentation and user guides.
Pick the situation closest to your company and see where I would start the conversation — no ten-field form required.
The chaos comes from requests disappearing into chat messages while nobody records the fix. I start with a single channel, simple priorities and a record of what has already been repaired once.
Discuss the first stepFour things stated up front, and kept.
No call centre, no first line, no handing your ticket onwards. The person who takes the request also does the work.
Configurations, licences and user guides go into documentation. If we ever stop working together, it stays with you.
If a task is outside my competence or available time, you hear it immediately — rather than me learning on your environment.
A quick fix is sometimes necessary but never the end of it. What interests me is why the ticket appeared at all.
Three steps, no bureaucracy.
Fifteen minutes about your company, systems and what hurts most. No commitment and no sales deck.
I check the actual state and come back with priorities, scope and a quote. You know what is urgent and what can wait.
I implement what we agreed, document the environment and provide support within agreed hours.
Honest answers to the questions that come up in every first conversation.
Small and medium companies that need a permanent technical contact but cannot justify an in-house IT department. Scope can cover users, Microsoft 365, servers, hosting and security.
Alone. Sailman IT is a one-person brand, not an agency. The advantage is that you always speak to the person who knows your environment. The limit is that my hours are finite — and I say so directly when something will not fit.
I reply to a request within a few hours as a rule, and by the next working day at the latest. Support hours and the binding response time go into the contract before we start. Technical monitoring can run around the clock, but a 24/7 helpdesk is not something I promise — I run Sailman IT alongside full-time work.
On-site work is possible in Szczecin and the surrounding area. Everywhere else is handled remotely, as long as the task does not require physical presence.
I do not publish a price list, because for this kind of work it would be fiction — cost depends on the number of users and devices, the state of the current environment, the agreed support hours and whether a server or hosting is involved. After a short conversation and a review you receive a written quote, before any work starts. Neither the conversation nor the quote is charged.
With a short conversation and a review of the current setup. You then receive scope, priorities, a way of working and a quote. Work begins once you accept them.
Access is limited to the agreed scope and significant changes are documented. Confidentiality, liability and data processing are settled in a contract or work order — not in an email.
No specification required. A few sentences about your company and what currently does not work is enough to start.
