In connection with contact I may process your name, e-mail address, company name, contact details and the information contained in your message. Server infrastructure also records standard technical logs: IP address, date and time of the request, the page visited, browser type and error information.
Data is processed in order to answer your message and take steps prior to entering into a contract, to perform an accepted engagement, to comply with legal obligations, and to protect the website and establish or defend claims. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b), (c) or (f) GDPR respectively.
The form neither sends nor stores data on the website server. When you press the button it prepares a message in your own mail client. The message is sent only after you approve it and is subject to the terms of your mail provider and of the provider hosting [email protected].
Traffic to this website passes through the Cloudflare network, which acts as an intermediary and protective layer and processes the IP address and request data for that purpose. The website, domain and mail use OVHcloud infrastructure. Data may be processed by Cloudflare, OVHcloud and other technical providers only to the extent needed to run the site, deliver mail, maintain security or perform an agreed service. Data is not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
The controller does not itself transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare is a global provider, so a request may be handled outside the EEA; it applies standard contractual clauses for that purpose. Where a technical provider uses sub-processors or infrastructure outside the EEA, that provider is responsible for applying the legal bases and safeguards required by the GDPR under its own terms.
Correspondence about an enquiry is kept for as long as the matter is being handled and then, as a rule, for no longer than 12 months, unless it leads to an engagement or is needed to defend claims. Contract data is kept for the duration of the contract and the periods required for settlement and limitation of claims. Technical logs are retained per OVHcloud configuration.
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and you may object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
Providing data is voluntary, but without the information needed to reply your enquiry may not be answerable. Data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
This site uses no Google Analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. The site itself sets no tracking cookies and makes no requests to external servers — fonts and every other asset are served from this same domain. Standard technical data may be processed in Cloudflare and OVHcloud infrastructure logs. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie used solely to tell automated traffic from human visitors — it does not track or profile anyone.
This policy may be updated when the site, its providers or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date are published on this page.
