The site presents areas of support, the way I work and how to make contact. The content is informational and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law, a guarantee of availability or a public promise of any particular result.

Sending an e-mail, including via the form that opens your mail client, does not conclude a contract. Scope of work, remuneration, deadlines, support hours, response times, liability and party details are agreed each time in an accepted offer, order or contract.

The services described are addressed primarily to businesses, organisations and people acting in a professional capacity. Where an engagement would involve a consumer, its terms are agreed separately, with mandatory consumer rights taken into account.

The term "round-the-clock monitoring" means automated observation of agreed service parameters. It does not mean a 24/7 helpdesk or a guaranteed response time unless individually agreed otherwise. Services are provided alongside the operator's full-time employment, which is why support hours are always agreed before work begins.

Users may not use the site for unlawful activity, attempts to breach its security, or interference with its operation. A client commissioning work provides lawful access to systems, current information, any required consents and the ability to take a backup where one is needed.

Technical information received in connection with an enquiry or engagement is treated as confidential to the extent that follows from its nature and the parties' arrangements. Rights to work products, client materials, configurations and licences are set by the individual order. The layout, text and identity of Sailman IT remain protected. Product names and trade marks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used solely to describe the scope of services.

I take care to keep information current and the site available and secure. I cannot, however, guarantee uninterrupted operation or accept liability for outages caused by infrastructure providers, force majeure or events beyond my control.
